Following a successful corporate career in senior operational management roles in financial services and workplace strategy, leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects and organisational design programmes, I now work in a consulting capacity with some of the world’s leading brands, using my leadership experience and skills as an artist and communicator to help them navigate complex organisational challenges. I write a popular and irreverent blog on a wide range of workplace topics and author the occasional article for more grown-up publications.
