My name is Simona Ivkovic. This is my second year working as an elementary school teacher in Lund, Sweden. I am currently living in Malmö, Sweden.

I work at an international English school and the majority of our students are learning English as a second language. I am interested in furthering my knowledge of teaching in an environment where English is a learned language and using what I learn in this course as well as what I implement in the classroom for the rest of my teaching career.

I am originally from Toronto, Ontario. I competed my Bachelor of Education at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.

I am a fan of travel, fitness, and food. I love learning new languages and about different cultures! I am hoping to travel as much as I can while I am living in Europe. I speak four languages: English, Serbian, French and Spanish.

I also love to play tennis and dance!
