I have over 15 years’ experience in the financial and contact centre sector, where I started by working with my father at a data business he owned. As well as improving my understanding of the data markets, I was fortunate to be in a position where I could gain valuable knowledge of running a business. At the time, we supplied data to many call centres, and found that they didn’t appear to utilise their data to its full potential so when an opportunity arose for our family to get involved in a call centre business, along with our finance broker model, I was brought in as operations manager.

Over the last few years, my business, We Fight Any Claim, has grown into one of the biggest PPI reclaim firms in the UK. We employ over 600 people in our Cwmbran offices, and have an excellent call centre operation. In the last 18 months we have seen the hard work really pay off for our customers with increasing numbers of people being compensated. Since 2010 we have reclaimed over £300 million of mis-sold PPI.

As one of the founding members of the Alliance of Claims Companies (ACC) and through our conversations with other Claims Management Companies, I believe none of the other major CMC’s we have spoken to, are currently helping as many customers as We Fight Any Claim.

In my spare time, I enjoy building and property renovation, spending time with my dogs and am a keen follower of Boxing and motor sports.
