Having left teaching a few years ago due to anxiety and depression, I now run Stoneham Bakehouse CIC, a Community Supported Bakery in Hove. Focussing on the therapeutic benefits of baking bread, the Bakehouse both supports and nourishes the local community's wellbeing. In addition, I write a blog about food, my mental health, and our family allotment.
