I have been working for almost 10 years in marketing and business development, mainly in the Customer Experience Management (including CRM, loyalty and payment), with a stong focus on retail and financial services.

In the past years, thanks to frequent contact with major players of (e-)Retail and financial services, I had the opportunity to observ the evolution of customer behaviour and to work with them on the means to answer those new needs.

Today, I'm mainly working on the impact of those new behaviours (such as collaborative consumption) for retail and financial services.

And, as I had the opportunity to work there, I have a strong interest for Brazil
