I have had a career in the Health & Wellness Industry for the past 20 years. I am passionate about changing peoples life through mindset, yoga, good food and meditation.

As I have evolved over the years so has the Internet! I have found in this day and age being able to do what you love and reach a global market you do need to learn how to market on the Internet.

I believe the way school has set us up to get a job and work hard is not the smartest way to spend our days.

I discovered having systems and the right education we can start to live life with more freedom, travel and a better lifestyle!
