With over 15 years of experience, along with certifications as an Equality Agent and PMP, and a Master’s in Human Resources and Social Responsibility, I focus on fostering dialogue and developing inclusive policies and processes that make workplaces inclusive and equal for everyone.

My mission is to drive meaningful initiatives while partnering with leaders to reshape our organizational culture in a way that’s sustainable and welcoming.
