I am (now) two things in parallel;
An online ideas and concepts developer, involving two associated business, which follows on from a business lifetime (before the arrival of the Internet), of developing and launching and marketing 'Internet-less' ideas and concepts, with considerable success.
At the age of 76, surrounded by goodness knows how many hundreds of thousands of bright young things I regard it as an interesting challenge, or muse, to again create a concept of use and value, able to make a profit, in this overcrowded, younger persons, theatre.
I am also have a great deal of experience and am an expert in the very niche subject of English Speaking people owning or wishing to own property in Spain. Where English based law, culture and tax clashes unmercifully with Napoleonic law and culture. Which inevitably results in holiday home owners and ex-pats losing very large amounts of ‘family money’ by chasing the sun. Such losses are not necessary and it is very rewarding helping people understand ‘the safe and sensible’ Road to Spain.
