Focusing on logistics, profit forecasting, buying programs and and creating profitable business opportunities, resulting in my retail stores becoming globally recognized as innovative, highly successful business models.
My respected position and experience within the market led to a lucrative project with US giant Stussy, opening the brands first UK flagship store in 1999. Leading a team of over 8 employees and generating annual sales of £1M. Myself and my team were pivotal in developing the brand as a versatile business commodity through limited Edition products and special events.
Through industry networking opportunities myself and two colleagues launched a first of its kind in London, a specialised boutique sneaker retail concept store, which was adopted by the industries leading brands to launch their Tier 1 products. And was highly repected globally by a new generation of sneaker and urban lifestyle enthusiasts.
1999 brought a change in my career, when I spotted a gap in the UK market for a premium quanitity organic vodka. Vodka O had gained solid market share in Austraia and was primed for expansion. After researching the market and gathering intelligence on customers and competitors, I secured investment and set up a UK company to import, market and sell the Vodka O's boutique branded RTD chemical free alcoholic spirits range into the UK's on/off trade. Key success were Vodka O being stocked at Waitrose and a national bar chain, aswell respected bars and nightclubs across London.
