I am a IT professional currently living in Vancouver, British Columbia. I have a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy & Computer Science and a Master of Arts in Cultural Studies & New Media.

I have over 10 years of IT experience, skilled at diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems. I am very proficient in office productivity, troubleticketing, remote desktop, and documentation software. I edit, maintain and manage technical documentation on knowledge bases.

I have also gained valuable knowledge and experience in writing, researching, interviewing, editing and working in a newsroom at a local Vancouver newspaper. At various times, I have been responsible for producing articles and assisting the editor with copyediting.
