After graduating from the California Culinary Academy, I worked at One Market Restaurant with celebrity chef Bradley Ogden.

While working at One Market, chef George Morrone, founder-chef of Aqua Restaurant, came aboard to manage One Market Restaurant.

After a long stay at One Market, I was ready to try my own management skills in couple of small venues: Pickled Ginger Restaurant and Gracie's of San Francisco. I blended my innate ability to create dishes inspired by my chef mentors.

George Morrone recruited me to work in Las Vegas and open the Bellagio Resort Casino, under Executive Chef Mark Lo Russo and chef/owner Michael Mina at Aqua seafood restaurant.

Back in San Francisco, I worked at Hotel Nikko and The Four Seasons Hotel. I was able to fine tune and explore my cuisine style.

Later I was the Executive Chef for Movida Restaurant in Livermore and more recently, Mankas Tapas Bar and Steakhouse in Fairfield, both located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I am now currently working for a tech company in Cupertino.
