I am a British Airline pilot currently flying as a Boeing 747-400 Captain in Iraq. I have been flying for almost 30 years, and have almost 17,000 flying hours on Boeing 727/737/747 and DC10 aircraft. Last year I set up a company based in the UK called Simufly Ltd, we cater for pilots on all Boeing aircraft, to practice their skills, renew their licences, practice for their next job. We have assisted pilots in successfully gaining employment in British Airways, Emirates, Ryanair, Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways and Virgin Atlantic; and we are extremely proud of our success rate. We also run Fear of Flying Courses for those members of the public (hopefully none of them are pilots!) who are terrified of flying, explaining and showing what happens to an aircraft, utilising the Boeing 747-400 airline simulator. Almost uniquely in this day and age we allow members of the general public, whom have no flying experience to take the controls and fly a modern jet airliner.
