My name is Simvuyele Tsotetsi, and I am a third-year Education student majoring in economics at the great University of Johannesburg. I am passionate about knowledge, personal development, and helping others understand ideas that may seem challenging at first. My goal is to build a career as an Economics lecturer or economist, combining my interest in economics with my love for education.
Throughout my studies, I have worked hard to develop the qualities needed to succeed academically and professionally. I was honored to receive a lecturer’s recognition award for one of my modules last year. This year, I was appointed as a tutor for second-year students, which allowed me to support my peers while developing my leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Beyond my studies, I am a creative and curious person. I enjoy book coloring, doodling, journaling, music, and relaxing with tea. I also enjoy sleeping and consider myself a dedicated Marvel fan. These interests reflect my creative personality and help me stay motivated, relaxed, and inspired.
