I specialise in performance development for EFL teachers, helping language schools retain staff and students by creating and delivering tailored teacher development programs.

My process is collaborative, rather than prescriptive, and is centred upon long-term partnerships with schools: I create organic, flexible, and constantly developing programs. You’re not going to get an out-of the box solution from me, but rather a bespoke experience where I leverage my own wide range to encourage high performance.
