Hello, I’m Sinethemba Dlamini .

I am currently employed as an In-service Trainee at the Department of Education, Uthukela District Office in Ladysmith 18 months Contract (July 2021 – Dec 2022). I have gained valuable work experience in IT support, Contact centre operations & Administration Fields.

My formal qualifications include Matric (Grade 12) and a three year qualification in Information Technology & Computer Science (NQF level 2 to 4).

I am an honest, hardworking, reliable person with good interpersonal relations.

My vision for this profile is to secure an entry-level job in the Public Service industry in order to gain much needed work experience, which will in turn advance my existing skills & knowledge. To deliver the desired customer service experience. Adding value to employers business or organisation by driving service success that improves customer satisfaction & maximizes customer retention & increases profitability.
