Bachelors from Pace University. Salvatore Interlandi is a NYC based filmmaker (director, writer, & cinematographer) and a jack of all trades. He is a versatile filmmaker that has also worked as a Lighting Designer, Actor and extensively as a Gaffer on dozens of independent feature film productions (as well as short films), TV shows (Deadly Sins and Team Toon), and commercials since 2001. As a writer director, his films have been screened in film festivals across the world. Salvatore's films have been labeled as deeply personal dramas that are fascinating journeys of self-discovery. NY Times hailed, Charlie, his feature debut as a film with “guts and soul, and a keen appreciation of grown-up pain.” Other key credits include: Writer/Director "Charlie", Co-Writer of "El Camino", co-Director/Producer "The Bakery".As a cinematographer, he has shot numerous shorts and features, most notably: "Stags" and "Lenny". Salvatore had been teaching directing, acting, and cinematography at a New York York Film Academy since 2001.
