Siobahn Hotaling

Siobahn Hotaling is a user experience design manager and experience lead at Global Payments; she has been part of the organization since 2017, overseeing product design for multiple products in the company's portfolio.

As manager of product design, Siobahn manages a small team of designers to help develop them personally and professionally; she also works as part of the design management team to maintain excellence and integrity across the design organization.

Outside of her UX role, Ms. Hotaling works with the Adaption Institute, where she is a project consultant. Alongside developing skill assessment tools, she oversees research focused on personality and growth. In the months since joining, she has been involved in developing an organizational assessment tool on behalf of an international client, along with presenting a series of webinars about remote collaboration and communication.

Siobahn is also the fractional CTO at Phoebe, a concierge-level family support benefit that focuses on guiding employees through parenthood transitions while also caring for their physical, emotional and professional wellbeing. In this role, Ms. Hotaling is responsible for managing website and application development as well as consulting on the company's Return-to-Work program.

Siobahn Hotaling also obtained a master’s degree in psychology from Harvard University's extension school in 2020. She made the Dean's List with a 3.96 GPA and was recognized for her capstone project, an implicit bias transformation program.
