“I am interested in life only in its absurdities” - Daniil Kharms

It's a quote I found while studying for my degree in Russian Language and Literature. A quote I've held on to. And what, after all, could be more absurd, more interesting, and more inspiring than the world of Customer Success?

My entire career, from my first job as a greeter at a local grocery store (age 14) through to my current role today has been made up of customer service/customer success responsibilities.

I've found my passion in meeting people, building relationships, driving value, and creating process that makes it easier and more efficient for teams to connect with and build strategic partnerships with their customers.

Over the years, I have been a practitioner, a scholar, and a leader of Customer Success. I wrote my Master's Thesis on customer experience and glocalization, leveraging the use case of Uber abroad. And I've spent the last 5 years building out and consulting on CS teams at hyper-growth, b2b companies - most recently in an organization doing CS for CS Teams on a CS platform.

The teams I build are centered around transparency, curiosity, and getting to the root cause of a problem. They are founded in collaboration. And they are filled with people who I hope to someday report to in my own career.

And while I'm on this journey through CS, exploring even more ways to make an impact and drive businesses of all sizes forward, I'm always looking for more people in the space who are excited to collaborate, learn together, and brainstorm ideas. If that's something you're interested in, let's find some time to connect!
