Siobhan Greatorex-Voith

I am an applied researcher working at the intersection of research, evaluation, and strategy. My work asks how programs and institutions affect people differently in practice: where average outcomes obscure important variation, whose experiences are missed, and what evidence can reveal about what needs to change.

My background spans sociology, social psychology, computer science, statistics, survey research, and mixed-methods inquiry. I have worked across college access, social mobility, student success, health, philanthropy, and nonprofit organizations, with a particular interest in how evidence can help direct resources and opportunities more effectively.
