Siphoesihle Tshabalala

Siphoesihle Tshabalala is a passionate and dedicated student teacher presently
studying the Bachelor of Education in Senior Phase & FET degree at the University of Johannesburg, majoring in History and IsiZulu as a home language and i am doing my 3rd year. Born and raised in Soweto (Johannesburg).

The desire to inspire young minds and the love for teaching developed when i was doing my 11th grade, when I was empowered by my history teacher to undergo teaching as a career path.
Being on this wonderful journey of thriving to become an excellent teacher, I actively seize chances that will help assist me to gain practical experience such as volunteering in local schools and offering tutoring lessons to learners to help myself gain more experience and to help learners reach their full potential.
My educational perspective is orientated around developing an engaging and
inclusive learning environment that promotes creativity, academic excellence and social growth. I am interested in teaching most learners IsiZulu as their language, so that they can gain knowledge about their heritage and of course learn about their history so that they know where they are from, in order to pave a way to where they are going.
During my spare time, I enjoy cooking, reading and going out for some fun. I am
excited to bring my passion and skills as I undergo this journey in making positive impacts in the lives of different students.
