I am Siraj Sultanli, an off-plan real estate investment advisor in Dubai at fäm Properties, city’s largest and one of its most reputable real estate firms. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law and built my early career in leading legal and investment consulting companies, gaining solid experience in contract, business, and civil law.

Today, I combine my legal background with hands-on real estate investment advisory experience to guide international clients through Dubai’s off-plan property investment market, helping them choose the right projects aligned with their budget, strategy, and long-term financial goals.
