My practice and interest ranges from energy and infrastructure deals, capital projects financing, material contracts development and negotiations, joint ventures, equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, Corporate Boards subcommittees risks allocation and management advising, legal research and diligence on corporate ESG and climate change reporting requirements. Project deals include LNG plants (liquefaction and regas facilities), refineries and chemical plants, upstream Oil & Gas contracts (onshore and offshore), pipelines and midstream processing facilities, power projects including geothermal, wind, solar, and hydroelectric plants, battery storage units development, major infrastructure construction projects, etc.
