Sister Jasmine Bisnath is a retired Head of the Department in Technology Education at Couva West Secondary School. She is also the President of the Raja Yoga Centre of Trinidad and Tobago and the Coordinator of the Raja Yoga Centre of 1 Edinburgh Gardens Chaguanas.
Sister Jasmine has been practicing Meditation for the past 41 years.
Using her innate qualities, capabilities, dedication and the inculcation of spirituality in her life, she has focused her strength and specialities on a meaningful and successful path.
As an Educator, a Spiritual Life Skill Coach, as well as an Advocate of “Living Values” she was able to infuse and integrate the core values and spirituality in the thousands of students during the 40 years of her teaching career, thus preparing the youths with lifelong skills
Sister Jasmine has travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean, USA, UK, Europe, Australia and India. She has participated in many International Projects and coordinated these projects at a local level. She also coordinates and facilitates many local public forums such as “Women of Values, lectures, retreats, workshops and annual Diwali Nagar Exhibition as well as facilitates forums for Conversations with focus groups.
