I am former planter , Head of staff Capacity building and training support department of Caritas Sri Lanka and since 2013 ,working as a freelance Development consultant for ministries, INGOs, NGOs, CBOs, in the country and also working in the CLT training institutions and associate member of VASK as event manager , compeer and simultaneous interpreter National Languages. I am very much interested in CSR and community empowerment and HRD. I am self-driven, motivated to reach my goals, hardworking, and able to be hands on in overseeing the projects and programs . I link in island wide have an extensive experience HRD and capacity building and I am people oriented, in our Consultancy service , customer service and providing the best quality of product is what I always strive to provide and offer my loyal participants and organizations. At percent I live with my own community of war victims, very needy and it is located in a east past of the country. I believe that CRS and community empowerment is only solution for sustainable country , through this we could generate community level , country level and global level impact.
