Sarah Jennings has over 15 years experience as a management consultant working with small business owners to help them optimize their internal systems and processes to increase productivity and sales.

Beginning with the key personnel and systems in a business, Sarah begins by organizing what needs to be done by who and when. Once roles and responsibilities are clear, Sarah optimizes a business’ practices to ensure efficiency, collaboration and growth. Finally, once internal business processes have been revamped, Sarah focuses on customer facing outputs to help ensure future profitability and success.
