Samantha (Sam) is a non-profit professional and social worker in training from Philadelphia. Following the legacy of Black ancestors like Georgia Gilmore, Sam works as a fundraiser for social change with over five years of professional experience in social impact fundraising and operations. Sam is known for her expertise in development operations, event planning, donor communications, research, grant writing, and utilizing creative solutions and ideas in her work.
A woman of many interests, she's also drawn to blogging, photography, and other creative pursuits. A whiz with the pen, she also engages in freelance work as well. Yes, Sam is a lady with many tricks up her sleeve!
