I have worked, with varying degrees of length, in all three pillars of the governance structure -- civil society, private sector, and public sector. I am currently a Chief of Staff of a Member of Congress. For 10 years, I have been doing policy studies, lobbying and government relations, campaign management, competitive intelligence, management of organizations, and completed staff work (CSW). My areas of interest include development administration, public fiscal administration, and public utilities regulation.
