Steve Weisner

Steve Weisner transforms 'Research projects' into a manufacturable and commercially viable products. He has developed dozens of medical devices in the area of patient monitoring & clinical information system from requirements assessment through product development, product launch & customer implementation. His current focus is in wearable devices/disposables with experience in product design, UI, skin adhesives, physiological signal acquisition and processing. Steve has held executive positions in R&D, business development, strategic planning and partnership management. Steve works especially well with cross-cultural teams across geographies. He understands and has experienced clinical practices in the States and across the world with exposure to 150 hospitals and all levels of care units. Steve has successfully cleared 15 Class II 510(k) products, CE marking & clearances in other countries. Steve graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Masters in Biomedical Engineering.
