I am shekhar Jyoti commerce graduate with master's degree in Business management specialized in Mktg & HR. I am among very few in the Indian industry who has grown from level of management trainee to COO position
in same company with diversified functional expertise in span of two decades time in Indian flag multinational company which is valued more than 4 billion today.

I have in depth exposure & expertise of core functional areas such as managing a large scale Business entity , Strategic Planning, Brand building & Strategic Marketing with 360* approach, Product Development with end to end solutions, Customer Relation Management, large work force management, Sales planning, General administration of widely spread resources & infrastructure, pre & post salesplanning/promotion; large work force management, large scale business & social events management of domestic and International scale, creative thinking, innovative approach & inspiring leadership are my core strengths.
