My work is driven and dedicated to delivering outstanding results. I have over 10 years of professional experience in Film, Television and New Media. I specialize in transforming the traditional television experience to becoming an accessible fast web-based medium for a broad audience. I have successfully in realized interactive internet video projects delivering news and entertainment.

I have created, managed and coordinated the launching of one of the most successful on-line video platforms in Poland - ToSieWytnie.pl (FreeCut.TV), which received multiple international awards and honors (Webby Awards 2010, IMA 2010, Content360 at MIPTV2010, Webstar 2009) with over 1.9 million real users visiting this service in July 2013. Furthermore, over the past few years the most popular internet television in Central Europe - WP.TV (3 million real users monthly in 2013) and the first polish internet television transmitted 'live' - Interia.tv were created and supervised under my command.

It is said that "Content is the king". I must consider this to be truth, according to over 50 series of episodes developed and released on these websites. 90% of them based on my concept design, included Welcome to Polandiaproject - the Silver Award Winner of W3 Awards 2011 in Los Angeles.
