I've been recruiting for over 7 years, with the focus on Talent Acquisition in the IT arena. I have also managed few teams of recruiters operating from different locations as a part of my team building capabilities.

On the academic front, I did my engineering specializing in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Madras. I am an alumnus of the University of Wales where I did my MBA in HR.

In leisure I love to travel to various places and understand the nuances of the architecture and culture associated with them apart from me being a big foodie. Food and cooking is at the core of entertaining, and my passion grew and grew.

I love gardening, it takes my mind off things, but best of all there is always a sense of my environmental awareness.

• Active Sources: Internal Database, Groups like Yahoo and Google, Vendors with active consultants, Job portals like Dice, Tech Fetch, etc.

• Passive Sources: LinkedIn, Twitter, Spoke, Google Search using G-strings and not restricting to any tool that leads me to the data mining…..
• Networking Intelligence: Networking through internal/external referrals, Vendor Management for the updates on the consultants availabilities….
