Before Beachbody and Continuing Beachbody!

I tried and failed several BeachBody programs like INSANITY, P90X, Les Mills Pump, etc. What I didn't realize was those weren't "failures". I felt like they were failures because I didn't FINISH the programs. I'd start out all gung-ho and full of energy, but I'd soon peter out. I'd fall off the wagon and go back to my old bad habits. I still fall off, but I don't consider them failures anymore. The difference? I connected with a coach and a group of people. I found the support I needed to get through those times. Then, I found that by inspiring other people to do the same, it inspires me in return. I know what it's like to feel disgusted with yourself. I've been there. I still go there sometimes.
