As a college cheerleader at the University of Oklahoma, I felt first hand the pressure of fitting into my "skinny jeans". I was determined to find the perfect combination of fitness and fun to stay in shape. I started doing martial arts, which I loved with my ballet background because of the fluidity of movement. I fell in love with ashtanga yoga and used that to keep me long and lean, while focusing on muay thai kickboxing to keep me strong.

As a fitness expert, I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with athletes such as professional boxers and tennis players, helping them achieve fitness goals through conditioning and an increase of flexibility. I also love to work out with people who just like to be pushed to their own personal limits, such as a housewife looking to shed a few pounds or a guy looking to improve his golf swing. My clients do everything from yoga and boxing to muay thai kickboxing and circuit training.
