"Leading from the Back" is my current focus in life. For the longest time I thought that I needed to have an important job, make a lot of money, and be the boss of others before I could influence people. After years of work, some great mentors and some bad ones, I realized I can be a leader from anywhere. There are two types of power in the world, influential and delegated.
