I am an executive coach with an experience of around 15 years in the field of coaching and training across various industries.

I feel that each individual has a higher self within them which in some cases remains untapped due to lack of awareness. It results in them, very often performing much below their true potential. I would love to be instrumental in both creating the awareness as well as getting them to tap into that higher self within. This allows them to bring out the best in themselves and reach towards career fulfillment.

In 2012, I co-founded a training and coaching organization called catalyst2xcelerateI (c2x.co.in) in Bangalore, India along with few maverick friends. Prior to starting this venture I have worked with various MNCs and NGOs at senior Learning and Development positions. I have also been a master certified coach with HSBC bank for over 8 years.

In this journey I have been privileged to work on coaching assignments with a very diverse group of clients. I have closely worked with the high potential middle to senior management in grooming them to take up higher responsibilities within and outside the organization. Furthermore, I have also worked with senior management professionals to help them fulfil their potential.

Working with national level sports players has been a delight as it has challenged my limits as a true performance coach in the non-corporate environment.

Besides corporates and sports personnel, the enthusiasm and freshness of start-up founders and CEOs have always excited me and I love to work with them to help them fulfil their dreams.

I have done my certification in executive coaching from Result Coaching Systems, Australia & I am also a certified NLP Master practitioner & Advanced Life Coach from ANLP.

I have done my post graduate diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune with specialization in Human Resource and my executive education from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore
