As a recent Retail and Consumer Science graduate and now a Luxury and Fashion Management graduate student, my passion is a career where I can apply my knowledge of target markets and consumer behavior as well as my background in creative research and extensive retail experience. Currently, as a graduate student at Savannah College of Art and Design, I have been selected to work on a high profile branding project with a luxury fashion designer. My duties include trend research and analysis, merchandising, creating promotion and marketing strategies, sourcing and manufacturing, and overall new label brand development. I also have extensive work experience in retail including merchandising and being a manager for a major department store. Knowing this...I live by the idea that Fashion is surface and Style is Substance. This substance is what I live by in all aspects of my career and life as well.
