SKY Yoga & Meditation offers a truly traditional approach to Yoga. Our Yoga Teacher Training programs are designed to help you understand the roots of the practice while preparing you to teach Yoga in a way that is relevant to today’s world. At SKY, we believe Yoga is not something you learn simply to teach — it is something you learn to truly understand. Once you grasp its essence, you are ready to share it with others. That is why our courses are grounded in authentic knowledge from traditional Yoga texts, giving you a strong foundation to begin your Yoga journey in Bali. Our founder and our main teachers were educated in the prestigious, 100 years old, Kaivalyadhama Institute in India, the world’s first Yoga college. Our academic curriculum is based on authentic Yoga as it is taught in the best Yoga Universities in India and integrates Yoga research articles and traditional text references throughout our courses. We aim at creating an environment where Yoga is taken seriously, holistically and with respect for its roots, in opposition to far too many Yoga trainings where Yoga is diluted to the extreme to please a fitness oriented audience.
