I produce strategic events for organizations — municipalities, associations, nonprofits, and business. Vancouver, BC.
Most events get treated as a line item. I treat them as tools. A well-produced gathering can fill a business district, launch a membership drive, or change how people see a place.
15+ years and three countries. What that’s looked like:
→ UA HUB Vancouver — founded and grew a 430-member business community. 30+ events in 18 months, with partners including the Ukrainian Canadian Congress, SkilledTradesBC, Holy Eucharist Cathedral, and Chaberton Winery.
→ Ukrainian New West Fest — planning committee for a street festival drawing 4,500+ people.
→ Ternopil Vienna Ball, 2010 — negotiated city permission to close the central square, coordinated a 12-piece orchestra, ran a 7-person team for 300 guests. The first event I built from nothing.
→ Ukrainian National Federation, Vancouver Branch — Board Chair. Governance and advocacy at the municipal and provincial level.
