Ashley Sanders

Hello. I'm Ashley “Slay” Sanders. I have 7+ years of retail and merchandising experience, most recently as an Assistant Manager. I am studying for my MPS in Fashion Marketing. After working as a teacher for 2 years (loved it!) COVID hit, and I decided to follow my dreams and continue my career in retail and the fashion industry. I have a natural love for serving people, creating beautiful visual merchandising displays, and studying fashion-- its rich history, trends and forecasting, and keeping up with fashion news via journalism columns, social media, and, yes, paper magazines (Literally, Paper Magazine is one of my go-tos). I love working the floors of retails stores with rich culture, progressiveness, and great unique, youthful, artistic vibes. In my free time I enjoy playing video games (mostly The Sims, I admit), attending live music events/performing at open mics, art and creating digital art, writing, and of course binge-watching fashion documentaries/anything I can get my hands on to learn more!
