Slomororo is an 80's baby that grew up on Rap and RnB through the golden era of the 90's. Born and raised in Vancouver/Canada, he began djing at the age of 21, recording live mixes to cassette from the various hiphop, rnb, breaks, funk, disco and soul records he had been collecting.
His career began humbly, DJing house parties then moving on to opening slots for various DJ's and venues throughout Vancouver.
Relocating to Bangkok in 2013, he met DJ Sir Walt and recognizing their similar taste in music, the duo formed Late Night Brotherhood and created the ongoing 'YO BKK !' series.
Slomororo sets are driven by electronic style bass and drum lines dripping with RnB vibes while taking you from the 70's to today, seamlessly blending era's and crossing genres.
Carrer highlights include touring with DJ Craze (Slow Roast Records), opening for Grandtheft (Mad Decent), Falcons (Athletixx), 813 (Hyperboloid Rec.), Maseo (De La Soul), Riff Raff (Mad Decent), Hedspin and Four Colour Zack (Red Bull 3style 2011 and 2012 champions), Hokotu / Irwan and Phatt (Village / Tokyo) among others.
