Gleb Sluchevsky

Gleb Sluchevsky is a software engineer who started his career as an internet marketer in 2007. He was involved in digital and online promotion activities, aiming to attract new customers and improve the company's overall business performance by increasing the website's traffic. Gleb performed market research to impact sales growth, dealt with branding, and worked on creating the company's image and identity. At the same time Gleb started developing websites. Careerist.ru was one of the first websites he built on his own.

In 2009, Gleb joined an Israeli startup called I-tech, where he took on the role of a software developer. This was the time when he first came up with an idea to start his own business and developed a business plan.

In 2010, he co-founded a company called Software Tech Ltd, which was located in Israel. He involved two of his university friends as partners in this project. As of 2021, Gleb has made his way to being the leading shareholder of Software Tech Ltd, where he holds 45.1% of the company share, with an estimated value of US $24 million.

In 2017, he co-founded another company called Capital Invest fund and became an investor into IT technologies in Israel. This company promotes startups, invests in mobile applications, advertising technologies, Internet projects, and supports management consulting projects.
