Ltd. was incorporated on 6th May' 97 with the main objective of manufacturing of all types plastic cards with different materials and features including smart cards, pre-paid scratch cards, Magnetic Stripe cards, Barcode and ID cards along with full bureau data entry and personalization. The company is led by Mr. Manoj K Agarwal, who has been a pioneer in India in card technologies. The company added to its portfolio other products like Time Attendance Systems and Access Control, RFID Solutions and a variety of other products.

The manufacturing facilities of the company have been certified by Department of Industries (Karnataka Government) and Small Industries Service Institute and National Small Industries Corporation. (Government of India)
