Joshua Musasizi is a social entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of Musafarm Foods, a Ugandan agribusiness turning locally grown fruits into healthy, affordable food products. He works closely with smallholder farmers to reduce post-harvest losses, increase incomes, and create fair and reliable markets for their produce.

Joshua’s journey began in rural farming communities, where he saw hardworking farmers lose much of their harvest due to lack of processing and buyers. This experience shaped his belief that real change starts by listening to people and building trust. Through Musafarm Foods, he combines value addition, community partnerships, and sustainable practices to create impact that lasts.

With over a decade of experience in leadership, communications, and social enterprise, Joshua brings both heart and strategy to his work. He has been recognized globally through leadership fellowships and innovation programs for his commitment to inclusive growth. Joshua believes food should nourish people and communities, and that business can be a powerful tool for dignity, opportunity, and hope across Africa.
