Born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Smax came to the United States when he was 14 years old. He is a singer-songwriter-musician who lives by the motto “Enjoy Life.” Smax defines his music as an eclectic mix of Acoustic Soul and Caribbean Folk/Groove. His mission is to have a worldwide, positive impact on the lives of people through music and creative expression. Smax’s performance history includes various venues in the Northeast Region of the United States and internationally in Luxembourg, Italy and Germany.
