Sean Mayse currently works for Vision One Hospitality as a group sales manager. Because he has so much experience in the hotel and hospitality industry he is well equipped to handle many different aspects of running and managing hotels, keeping them up to speed and functioning without a flaw. How Has His Experience Helped To Form His Work Ethic?

One of the reasons why he is so great at his job and handles many of the important aspects is because he has a lot of experience in the business. He was naturally interested in this at a young age and went to school for this. He studied economics and business management at Florida State University. His first internship that he attained through the Florida State University was an internship with Planet Hollywood Hotel in Las Vegas, a place where tourism peaks all throughout the year.

While he was there, Sean Mayse learned all about training the staff, making sales calls for the hotel, management of the front desk and dealing with the guests at the hotel. He did go back to school for his master's degree and during this time he became more acquainted with aspects of the hospitality industry joining groups on campus like Hospitality Sales. By the time he graduated he was firmly sure that this is the area he would like to direct his career path towards. Everything he has studied in the past including schooling and internships has helped him to get to where he is today. He handles many different aspects for Vision One Management including hotel operations, staff training, certain aspects of human resources, and financial statements and audits.
