He is currently living in Knoxville where he is attending the University of Tennessee as a junior pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management and a collateral in international business. He is skilled in management concepts, preparing persuasive documents, designing persuasive mediums, analyzing market information, and networking.

McGhee's career goal is to become an entrepreneur and also to work with other start up companies. The unique challenges that a start-up business faces is what draws McGhee to that line of work. It is his dream to have a job that will allow travel and flexibility in hours.
