Loretta Smerchansky

Loretta Smerchansky brings to AJW more than twenty years of business administration expertise, focusing on government contracting and education.

Prior to joining AJW, Ms. Smerchansky served in a key capacity for the University Space Research Association (USRA) Washington DC office. While with USRA, she supervised all remote accounting activities, served as the onsite Human Resources representative, administered multiple budgets, edited the association’s annual report, assisted in the association’s annual meeting as well as managed the office functions.

Ms. Smerchansky’s career in education spanned fifteen years. She served as Senior Fiscal Technician and then Business Manager for Continuing Education at George Mason University. In her capacity as Business Manager, she managed all accounting functions, wrote and managed conference databases as well as held responsibility for all budgets related to continuing education.
