I am a lady 20 years of age, studying food and beverage operations and this is my 2nd year. My goals in life are to make it in the hospitality industry consume as much knowledge as i can. Cooking is my passion. Different chefs from my country inspire me, the procedures of creativity widens my knowledge in the kitchen. I would really like to be a Pastry Chef one day, if not as i like to keep my options open making it in the management side of the industry.

During the course of my diploma i have learnt the importance of planning, reading as much i can to grow my knowledge and patience, as skills cannot be improved in a day.
