Hello! And thank you for visiting my about.me page.
My Name is Siobhan Middleton and I am a REPS qualified personal trainer. I specialise in pre and post natal training, focussing on educating my new, current and soon-to-be-mums on their body and getting them toned, fit, mobile, comfortable and confident.
I have been in the fitness industry for over 6 years, working in health clubs for the first year and then as a contractor for personal training companies, and then finally 4 years ago, I decided to go solo.
I am very passionate about enabling new and current mums, as well as mums-to-be, to become increasingly strong, confident and knowledgable about their bodies. Pregnancy and motherhood is often a confusing time, that comes with a range of aches and pains.
However long ago you had you baby, it is NOT TOO LATE to start training again.
My focus is to make sure you get back to being in control; whether that be from the information I provide through my blogs, newsletters, links and videos that are all on my facebook page, blog page and will be on my updated website very soon!; or whether it be through personal training with myself.
