Stephanie Milbergs
Strategy Consultant and Community Builder in Washington, DC
I am a public sector management consultant who lives my clients' missions and supports their business transformation and change objectives with strategic guidance and on-the-ground initiatives. I have 15 years of global, diverse experience spanning technology, financial services, energy and industrials, military health, logistics and supply chain, higher education and the international development sectors. I care deeply about integrated (people, planet, profit, purpose) bottom line sustainability and communities maintaining and educating others about their cultures and values.
One of my strongest skills is leading teams across cultures and geographies. I am considered a change management subject matter expert who also brings skills and expertise to IT project management, shared services, knowledge management, communications, stakeholder engagement, customer experience, and business analysis.
As a social entrepreneur, I have launched a health education radio show in Nepal, an edtech startup during business school, and was a catalyst behind a new Social Impact practice at my former company. I serve on the board of DC EcoWomen and am active in interfaith communities and conversations, grounding my values in social justice and tikkun olam (repairing the world).
In my free time I love to travel with my husband and son, learn about DC and Jewish history/culture, read historical fiction and inspiring memoirs, seek out great coffee, wander around cities and in nature, dream of bee keeping, and attempt urban gardening.
